Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

Join a mission-driven role as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist in a hybrid-remote, full-time position focused on Family Centered Treatment (FCT). Responsibilities include providing trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to small caseloads of families, following FCT principles, and completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months with team support. You will collaborate with families, schools, and community partners, participate in supervision, and manage documentation in electronic health records. The role offers flexible scheduling, including evening hours, and travel to homes and community settings. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.Practicum experience related to services.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Eligibility for licensure training or full licensure per WI DSPS.Successful background check completion.
