Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

Join a mission-driven role as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This full-time, hybrid-remote position involves providing trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families, focusing on stabilization and reunification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families
• Apply Family Centered Treatment principles
• Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
• Participate in weekly supervision
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Support families through flexible scheduling, including some evening hours and caregiver coaching support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Practicum experience related to services offered
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure
• Successful background check
