About the role
Seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team, providing home-based trauma therapy to families across multiple counties.
Responsibilities
- Delivering direct clinical treatment to children and families in their homes and communities
- Maintaining a caseload of 3–5 families
- Collaborating with schools and community partners
- Completing documentation and treatment plans
- Participating in weekly supervision and team meetings
- Offering caregiver coaching, including some weekends
- Working flexible hours, including evenings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)
- Practicum or clinical experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
