Role & Responsibilities
- Provide home-based, trauma-informed clinical treatment to a small caseload (3–5 families), ensuring fidelity to FCT principles (5 hours/week per family).
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support family stabilization and reunification.
- Participate in weekly supervision, peer review, and ongoing training, including completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
- Manage a flexible schedule, including some evening hours.
- Support a 24/7 caregiver coaching system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Practicum experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS.
- Successful background check completion.
