Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This hybrid-remote, full-time role focuses on providing trauma-informed, home-based services to stabilize and reunify families in need, emphasizing their strengths and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles
• Manage 3–5 families based on travel needs
• Learn and apply the FCT model, achieving Level 1 Certification within 12 months with team support
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
• Participate in weekly supervision, peer review, and a rotating caregiver coaching system
• Work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Practicum experience in relevant services
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure
• Successful background check clearance
