About the role
Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This full-time, hybrid-remote role focuses on providing trauma-informed, home-based support to families in need, aiming to stabilize and reunify them by leveraging their strengths.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families
- Deliver clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles
- Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months
- Participate in weekly supervision and caregiver coaching support
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields
- Practicum experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS
