Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

This full-time, hybrid-remote role involves providing trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families in need, focusing on stabilization and reunification. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct clinical treatment in line with FCT principles, managing a small caseload of 3–5 families.Completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months with team support.Collaborating with families, schools, and community partners to ensure treatment success.Maintaining accurate documentation and participating in weekly supervision and peer reviews.Joining a rotating caregiver coaching support system, including some evening hours and weekends. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.Practicum experience related to services provided.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS.Successful background check completion.
