Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Licensed or In-Training Therapists to join a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based, trauma-informed clinical treatment to a small caseload of families.
• Ensure fidelity to the FCT model.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
• Manage flexible schedules.
• Complete required certifications within 12 months.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in supervision.
• Support a 24/7 caregiver coaching system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Practicum experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility for licensure.
• Successful background check.
