Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

Role Overview We are seeking dedicated Licensed or In-Training Therapists to join a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time role. Responsibilities include: providing home-based, trauma-informed clinical treatment to a small caseload of families, ensuring fidelity to the FCT model, and collaborating with families, schools, and community partners. Key duties: managing flexible schedules, completing required certifications within 12 months, maintaining accurate documentation, participating in supervision, and supporting a 24/7 caregiver coaching system. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, practicum experience, valid driver’s license, eligibility for licensure, and successful background check.
