Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

We are seeking licensed or in-training therapists to join a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time role. In this position, you will provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families, focusing on strengthening relationships, stabilizing, and reunifying families while respecting their strengths.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families
• Complete Level 1 Certification in FCT within 12 months
• Conduct weekly sessions totaling 5 hours per family
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
• Participate in weekly supervision
• Engage in a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fields
• Practicum experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS
