Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT), a home-based, trauma-informed model aimed at stabilizing and reunifying families. This full-time, hybrid-remote role involves providing direct clinical treatment to a small caseload of 3–5 families, with a focus on building strong relationships, identifying practical solutions, and leveraging family strengths.

Responsibilities

• Apply Family Centered Treatment principles in home-based clinical work
• Complete Level 1 FCT Certification within 12 months of hire
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families and community partners to coordinate care
• Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly peer review
• Provide rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support
• Offer flexible scheduling, including evening hours, to accommodate family needs

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Practicum experience in a clinical or counseling setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community-based travel
• Eligibility for professional licensure (Licensed or In-Training status)
