Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Therapists to provide home-based, trauma-informed treatment within a family-centered model. This full-time, hybrid-remote role involves working with small caseloads of 3–5 families, offering flexible scheduling and some evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Apply Family Centered Treatment (FCT) principles in clinical practice.
• Provide trauma-informed clinical treatment to families.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support treatment goals.
• Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months of hire.
• Participate in weekly supervision and peer review sessions.
• Support families through a 24/7 caregiver coaching system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Practicum experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
