About the role
Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). In this role, you'll provide home-based, trauma-informed clinical treatment to support families in healing, stabilizing, and reunification efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families
- Apply Family Centered Treatment (FCT) principles
- Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Participate in supervision and peer reviews
- Join a rotating caregiver coaching support system
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields
- Practicum experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility for licensure or training in WI
