About the role
We are seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team serving multiple counties. In this role, you will provide direct clinical treatment to children and families in their homes and communities, maintain a caseload of approximately 3–5 families, and collaborate with schools and community partners. You will complete documentation, treatment planning, and participate in weekly supervision and team meetings. The position involves caregiver coaching support and working a flexible schedule with some evening appointments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)
- Relevant practicum or clinical experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
