About the role
We are seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team, providing home-based trauma treatment aimed at strengthening families and promoting stability in multiple counties. The role involves delivering direct clinical treatment to children and families, managing a caseload of approximately 3–5 families, collaborating with schools and community partners, and completing documentation and treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct clinical treatment to children and families

- Complete documentation and treatment plans
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
- Engage in ongoing training
- Work a flexible schedule that includes some evening appointments and rotating caregiver coaching support
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)
- Relevant clinical experience
- Reliable transportation
