Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

Join a family-centered, trauma-informed home-based treatment team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist. This full-time, hybrid-remote role involves providing clinical treatment to small caseloads of families, supporting reunification and stabilization efforts. You will learn and implement the evidence-based Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model, complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months, and receive ongoing supervision and peer support.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles
• Maintain documentation in compliance with standards
• Collaborate with families and community partners to support treatment goals
• Participate in supervision and caregiver coaching rotations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Practicum experience
• Valid driver's license
• Licensure eligibility
