About the role
Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT).
Responsibilities
- Provide home-based, trauma-informed clinical treatment to families, supporting stabilization and reunification.
- Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families, ensuring fidelity to FCT principles (5 hours/week per family).
- Learn and obtain Level 1 Certification in FCT within 12 months, with full supervisory support.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to promote treatment success.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records and participate in supervision and peer reviews.
- Work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours, and engage in a rotating caregiver coaching system.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Practicum experience relevant to services provided.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure in WI.
- Successful background check completion.
