Seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team serving multiple counties. This full-time role involves providing home-based clinical treatment to children and families, managing a caseload of approximately 3–5 families, and collaborating with schools and community partners. The role emphasizes evidence-based trauma treatment, team support, ongoing training, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Completing documentation
- Treatment planning
- Participating in supervision and team meetings
- Offering caregiver coaching on a rotating basis, including some evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)
- Relevant clinical experience
- Valid driver’s license
