Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

Join a dedicated team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist focused on Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This role involves providing home-based, trauma-informed services to families, aiming to stabilize or reunify them by strengthening relationships and utilizing their inherent strengths.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, family-centered clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles.
• Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families.
• Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with team support.
• Participate in weekly supervision, peer review, and a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching system.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to ensure treatment success.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fields.
• Practicum experience related to LSS services.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS criteria.
• Successful background check clearance.
