About the role
We are seeking passionate Therapists, either licensed or in training, to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to a small caseload of families.
- Apply the FCT model with fidelity.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community systems to support family stabilization and reunification.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Practicum experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Eligibility for licensure or training per WI DSPS requirements.
