Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

We are seeking passionate Therapists to provide trauma-informed, home-based Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services to families, focusing on stabilization and reunification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment following FCT principles, with a small caseload of 3–5 families.
• Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervisor support.
• Manage a flexible schedule, including some evening hours.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support treatment goals.
• Participate in weekly supervision, peer review, and a rotating caregiver coaching system.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Practicum experience related to services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility for training or full licensure per WI DSPS requirements.
• Successful background check.
