About the role
We are seeking passionate Licensed or In-Training Therapists to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time role. As a key member, you will provide direct clinical treatment to small caseloads of families, focusing on home-based, trauma-informed, and relationship-building interventions to promote family stability and reunification. You will learn and implement the evidence-based FCT model, completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months, with ongoing supervision and team support.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields
- Practicum experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS requirements
