About the role
We are seeking passionate Therapists—either licensed or in training—to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to a small caseload of 3–5 families using the FCT model to stabilize and reunify families
- Learn and achieve Level 1 Certification within 12 months, with ongoing supervision and team support
- Manage documentation, collaborate with families and community partners, participate in supervision, and offer caregiver coaching support
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Practicum experience
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- Eligibility for WI licensure
