About the role
Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This full-time, hybrid-remote role involves providing trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families, focusing on strengthening relationships and promoting family reunification.
Responsibilities
- Apply the FCT model and achieve Level 1 Certification within 12 months with team support.
- Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families, delivering direct services (5 hours/week per family).
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to ensure treatment success.
- Participate in weekly supervision, peer reviews, and a rotating caregiver coaching system.
- Maintain accurate documentation and flexible scheduling, including some evening hours.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
- Practicum experience with relevant services.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure in WI.
- Successful background check clearance.
