About the role
Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This full-time, hybrid-remote role involves providing trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families in Jefferson, Columbia, and Dodge counties.
Responsibilities
- Apply the FCT model and complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with support.
- Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families, offering direct treatment aligned with FCT principles (5 hours/week per family).
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support treatment success.
- Participate in weekly supervision, peer review, and a rotating caregiver coaching system.
- Maintain accurate documentation and flexible scheduling, including evening hours.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Practicum experience related to services.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Eligibility for licensure or certification per WI DSPS requirements.
- Successful background check completion.
