Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

Join a dedicated team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist in a family-centered, trauma-informed, home-based treatment role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with Family Centered Treatment (FCT) principles for a small caseload of 3–5 families.
  • Learn and achieve Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervisor support.
  • Manage flexible schedules, including evening hours, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and participate in supervision and peer review.
  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Practicum experience related to services in the relevant field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Eligibility for training or licensure per WI DSPS requirements.
  • Successful background check clearance.
