Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

Join a mission-driven, full-time role as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This hybrid-remote position serves families in community settings, providing trauma-informed, home-based support to stabilize and reunify families by strengthening relationships and utilizing their inherent strengths.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles.
• Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families.
• Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with team support.
• Participate in weekly supervision, peer review, and a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching system.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
• Work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Practicum experience relevant to LSS services.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS.
• Successful background check completion.
