About the role
We are seeking dedicated therapists to provide home-based, trauma-informed family support using an evidence-based Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct clinical treatment to a small caseload of families
- Participate in weekly supervision and training to achieve certification
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Maintain accurate documentation and flexible scheduling, including some evening hours
- Join a rotating caregiver coaching system
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Practicum experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility for licensure
- Successful background check
