Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

This hybrid-remote position serves families in Jefferson, Columbia, and Dodge counties, focusing on trauma-informed, home-based care to stabilize or reunify families by strengthening relationships and utilizing their inherent strengths.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment aligned with Family Centered Treatment (FCT) principles.
• Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families.
• Learn and apply the FCT model, aiming to complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervisory support.
• Participate in weekly supervision, peer review, and a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching system.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
• Offer flexible scheduling, including evening hours, based on family needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Practicum experience related to services provided.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS requirements.
• Successful background check completion.
