About the role
We are seeking dedicated Licensed or In-Training Therapists to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Providing evidence-based, trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to a small caseload of 3–5 families
- Applying the FCT model, achieving Level 1 Certification within 12 months
- Collaborating with families, schools, and community partners to support treatment goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and participating in weekly supervision and peer reviews
- Managing a flexible schedule, including some evening hours and rotating caregiver support
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Practicum experience relevant to services offered
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure in WI
- Successful background check completion
