About the role
Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). You will provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to a small caseload of families, ensure fidelity to the FCT model, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to a small caseload of families
- Ensure fidelity to the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Learn and implement the FCT model
- Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months
- Participate in weekly supervision and peer reviews
- Flexible scheduling, including evening hours, is available
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Practicum experience related to services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligibility for licensure or training per WI DSPS standards
- Successful background check
