About the role
We are seeking licensed or in-training therapists to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to a small caseload of families.
- Conduct weekly supervision sessions.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support treatment goals.
- Learn and apply the FCT model.
- Achieve Level 1 Certification within 12 months.
- Maintain documentation.
- Participate in a 24/7 caregiver coaching support system.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Practicum experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Eligibility for licensure.
