About the role
Join a mission-driven, full-time role as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist in a hybrid-remote setting, serving families in multiple counties.
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment within the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model, supporting family stabilization and reunification.
- Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families, offering 5 hours/week of direct treatment per family.
- Learn and achieve Level 1 Certification in FCT within 12 months, with full supervisor support.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners, ensuring timely documentation and participation in supervision sessions.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system, including some evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Practicum experience and eligibility for licensure per Wisconsin requirements.
