Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This full-time, hybrid-remote role involves providing trauma-informed, home-based therapy to families in Jefferson, Columbia, and Dodge counties.

Responsibilities

• Implement the FCT model with a small caseload of 3–5 families, providing direct clinical treatment (5 hours/week per family).
• Learn and attain Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervisor support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support treatment success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in supervision and peer review.
• Provide flexible scheduling, including evening hours, and participate in a rotating caregiver coaching support system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Practicum experience in related services and eligibility for licensure or training per WI DSPS.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and successful background check.
