About the role
Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT).
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families, focusing on strengthening relationships and promoting reunification.
- Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families, with flexible scheduling including evening hours.
- Complete and apply FCT Level 1 Certification within 12 months with support from supervisors and trainers.
- Participate in weekly supervision, peer reviews, and a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching system.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to ensure treatment success.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Practicum experience relevant to services provided.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for licensure or training per WI DSPS standards.
- Successful background check clearance.
