About the role
Responsibilities include managing a small caseload of 3–5 families, delivering evidence-based treatment aligned with FCT principles, and collaborating with families, schools, and community partners. The role requires learning and obtaining Level 1 Certification within 12 months, with ongoing supervision and support.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields
- Practicum experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS
