Licensed Occupational Therapist Team Leader - Patient Rehabilitation Care

About the role

Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless implementation of treatments and procedures. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized recovery plans and building meaningful relationships to support patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs. Assist in daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Utilize specialized skills to promote patient progress and celebrate victories.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Therapy Operations in team management.
• Deliver compassionate, personalized patient care.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and promote positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications.
