Licensed Occupational Therapist Team Leader - Patient Rehabilitation Care

About the role

Lead daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to ensure seamless treatment implementation. Celebrate patient progress and outcomes, fostering a compassionate, personalized care environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations; CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• Experience with therapy clinical ladders or specialty certifications preferred
