Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless operations, providing direct patient care, and fostering positive relationships to aid patient recovery. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on team scheduling, training, and communication. Utilize specialized skills to deliver compassionate, personalized care aligned with patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.
