About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, focusing on understanding and addressing patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery. Celebrate patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements
• CPR certification within 30 days if not already held
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice

Qualifications

• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications preferred
