Licensed Behavior Consultant (BCBA Preferred)

Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Behavior Consultant (BCBA Preferred) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide individualized training and consultation to staff members
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred
• Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
