Licensed Behavior Consultant (BCBA Preferred)

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral consultation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral consultation services to clients and their families.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven approaches.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform service planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Train and supervise other staff members as needed.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field.
• A BCBA certification or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
