Licensed Behavior Consultant (BCBA Preferred)

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral consultation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavior analysis and intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on data
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to implement interventions
• Train staff and families in behavior analysis techniques
• Document progress and outcomes in client records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• BCBA certification preferred but not required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
