About the role
This is a remote position available to candidates in the United States. The role requires a BCBA certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Train staff on behavior management techniques
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Valid state license as a Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
