About the Opportunity
The Legal Talent Recruiter plays a key role in driving the organization's growth by managing the full recruitment cycle for legal and corporate talent. This position ensures a professional and positive candidate experience, collaborates with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams, and supports the firm’s commitment to excellence and inclusivity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and publish job postings.
- SOURCE AND RECRUIT LEGAL AND CORPORATE CANDIDATES FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE LOCATIONS.
- SERVE AS THE PRIMARY CONTACT FOR JOB SEEKERS, FOSTERING POSITIVE CANDIDATE RELATIONSHIPS.
- EVALUATE CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS THROUGH APPLICATION REVIEWS.
- CONDUCT VIRTUAL INTERVIEWS AND DOCUMENT OBSERVATIONS.
- SCHEDULE AND FACILITATE INTERVIEWS SURENING COMPLIANCE WITH INCLUSIVITY AND LABOR LAWS.
- COLLABORATE ON COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND OFFER PACKAGES.
- PREPARE OFFER LETTERS AND ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS.
- SUPPORT ONBOARDING TASKS TOGETHER WITH PEOPLE & CULTURE TEAM MEMBERS.
Requirements
- MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OF DIRECT LEGAL RECRUITING EXPERIENCE.
- PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS ACROSS ALL STAFF LEVELS.
- PROACTIVE, DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND CAPABLE OF MANAGING MULTIPLE PRIORITIES INDEPENDENTLY.
- STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO MEET DEADLINES.
- FLEXIBILITY TO ADJUST TO CHANGING PRIORITIES AND WORK OCCASIONAL EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS.
- Able to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- SKILLED IN LINKEDIN RECRUITER SOURCING.
- PROFICIENT IN HRIS, ATS SYSTEMS INCLUDING SALESFORCE.
- FAMILIAR WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE, ADOBÉ, AND ZOOM.
- COLLEGE DEGREE PREFERRED.
- RESIDE IN TEXAS OR COLORADO.
- RELIABLE REMOTE WORK SETUP INCLUDING HIGH-SPEED INTERNET AND WORKSTATION.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Salary Range: $80,000 to $97,500, adjusted based on experience, location, and job-related factors.
Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, HSA/FSA options, disability coverage, dental and vision care, life insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and employee assistance programs.
Additional voluntary benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, long-term care insurance, and pet insurance.
Commute and transit benefits may be available in some locations.
