About the role
This position will support our offices throughout the Southeastern United States.
Responsibilities
- All recruiting for Attorneys.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and conducting interviews alongside of attorneys.
- All posting and preparation of advertisements for open attorney positions throughout the firm.
- Cooking of any recruiting events that may be beneficial.
- Cooking with attorneys on staffing as it relates to attorney needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Individuals must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, exceptional organizational skills, and possess proficient computer skills.
- Be able to work independently, have the ability to multi-task with time-sensitive work.
- Be proactive and highly professional.
- Have a positive attitude and have the ability to work exceptionally well with attorneys and candidates.
- Have recruiting experience with the legal profession of 3 to 5 years.
