Responsibilities
- Own a full-cycle staffing desk, continuously sourcing and engaging legal talent to build, maintain, and convert a strong candidate pipeline aligned to client hiring needs.
- Prep proposal, with sales-driven project notes on lawyers, competitive pricing and any other pertinent information to be recorded.
- Cook engagement letters, SOWs, W2, and onboarding issues.
- Own the candidate experience on the Priori platform.
- Regularly provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve.
- Work with specific clients to understand their preferences and process to ensure clients get the best matches and have a seamless experience.
- Conduct periodic audits of attorney user profiles to better engage valuable users and protect Marketplace quality.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify areas for streamlining our onboarding process, improving user experience, and increasing automation.
- Develop new and cultivate long term partnerships with Network members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in legal recruitment in a staffing agency setting.
- Client-facing and/or agency recruitment experience.
- Experience working in a base-plus-commission compensation structure.
- Experience working in a candidate ownership model.
- Preferred: Experience in SaaS / tech start up or agency recruitment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience + education.
- J.D. preferred.

Benefits
- Base + commission role with a 150k-170k OTE.
