About the role
As a Talent Recruiter at our company in Lehi, UT, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting initial screenings and setting up interviews
- Managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Coordinating interview schedules and facilitating interviews
- Working with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Assisting in the evaluation and selection of candidates
- Documenting and maintaining candidate information and records
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
