Responsibilities
- Independently source and identify talent pipelines for legal and public policy roles.
- Specialize in sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates.
- Calibrate with hiring teams to understand candidate profiles and position requirements.
- Build and maintain pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions.
- Perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks, relying on experience and judgment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all candidate and team interactions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Dedicated experience in legal recruiting and deep experience specifically in sourcing.
- Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the legal recruiting field.
- Strong communication and professionalism skills.
- Candidates must have experience in roles such as Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Case Clerk, General Counsel, Associate Attorney, Meditator, Arbitrator, Attorney, etc.
- High degree of creativity and judgment.

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour.
