Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates for accounting, engineering, manufacturing, operations, project management, quality, and supply chain opportunities.
- Attract applicants from a variety of sources including employee referrals, job boards, job fairs, networking events, online advertising, and resume databases.
- Represent Nikkiso at job fairs and other networking events.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, qualify job requirements, create recruiting plan, and develop recruitment marketing strategy.
- Review compensation guidelines, consider external market data, recommend salary range placement, and negotiate salary offers.
- Promote Nikkiso employee value proposition and world class candidate experience.
- Deliver world class customer experience and seek out feedback and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing business or HR related publications, establishing industry networks, and/or participating in professional associations.
- Advise and educate hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and compensation planning; guide hiring managers in evaluating compensation and classification decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field and 7+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- PHR Certification or SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
- Demonstrated results to include 50+ hires per year and outstanding talent metrics including quality of hire, candidate experience, hiring manager feedback, time to fill, cost per hire, and retention.
- Combination of external agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrate professional agility, collaboration, integrity, resilience, and trustworthiness.
- Knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and selection procedures.
- Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing operations and associated job requirements.
- Skills to include adaptability, attention to detail, communication, influencing, listening, problem solving, relationship building, selling, storytelling, and winning.
- Ability to manage up to 25 searches with multiple locations and hiring managers.
- Ability to work with colleagues globally and across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Ability to leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System a plus.
