Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions across all concepts
• Create, post, and manage job listings across multiple platforms
• Source candidates through networking, outreach, and industry connections
• Conduct initial screenings and efficiently vet candidates for cultural and role fit
• Cook up and manage interview schedules with hiring managers and department leaders
• Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring all new hires are set up for success
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics
• Build and maintain relationships within the Denver hospitality community and beyond
• Continuously identify new and creative recruiting channels and strategies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (hospitality experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the Denver hospitality market and talent landscape
• Highly social, outgoing, and confident in networking environments
• Pioneered ability to quickly assess and vet candidates effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and onboarding processes preferred
