Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions across all concepts
- Create, post, and manage job listings across multiple platforms
- Source candidates through networking, outreach, and industry connections
- Conduct initial screenings and efficiently vet candidates for cultural and role fit
- Cook up and manage interview schedules with hiring managers and department leaders
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring all new hires are set up for success
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics
- Build and maintain relationships within the Denver hospitality community and beyond
- Continuously identify new and creative recruiting channels and strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (hospitality experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Denver hospitality market and talent landscape
- Highly social, outgoing, and confident in networking environments
- Pioneered ability to quickly assess and vet candidates effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and onboarding processes preferred
